Patients on regular
repeated medication are requested to
hand in or post their prescription
requests well in advance of their
medication running out.
We require two
complete working days to process
your prescription request.
If you wish to have
your prescription posted to you,
please enclose a stamped addressed
envelope.
Prescription requests will not be
taken over the telephone as serious
mistakes
can occur.
Regular medication can be issued for
up to six months; the chemist will
then dispense the medication at two
monthly intervals. This is known as
“Batch Prescribing”. Please enquire
whether this may be suitable for
your regular medication.
